Returns
We accept returns only in certain scenarios as mentioned below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged or not delivered in a suitable condition or a wrong item has been delivered. It must be returned immediately in the original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at doodlingtale@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product, we kindly ask you to contact us immediately at doodlingtale@gmail.com, providing your order ID for reference. To assist us in evaluating your claim, please include photographic and video evidence of the damage, captured during the unboxing process. Upon verification of the claim, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly by arranging a new delivery of the product.After reviewing your claim, we will determine, at our discretion, the appropriate resolution if any. This may include arranging for a new delivery of the product, subject to our verification of the claim.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
